Last month we brought to you the possibility of being able to send emails by SMS (text), and how useful this is for getting your message in front of your audience quickly and with the certainty that it will be read. What may be considered as being very much a first world problem is the confusion of different platforms we all use to convey messages to each other. It can be painfully time consuming trying to locate a certain message that you’re sure that you’ve seen but that remains annoyingly elusive as you search for it amongst Messenger, SMS (Short Message Service) i.e. ‘texts’, WhatsApp, email and all the others.
