May we suggest that if you haven't checked the speed of your broadband connection - you should?
Because every minute you're hanging around waiting for something to upload or download is a minute wasted. And if this minute happens to be a few minutes and you're wasting them maybe three or four times a day and there's a number of you in the office all wasting time throughout the day...well, you can do the maths.
